Available in either a 15-or 50-lb. pail to meet your project's needs, Heat Stop brand Domestic Fireplace Mortar is a premixed, beige-colored version of the industry standard Heat Stop refractory mortar. This fire and heat-resistant mortar meets or exceeds all national and state building codes, including ASTM C-199. Once dried, Heat Stop brand Domestic Fireplace Mortar resists temperatures of up to 2,500 degrees and can be safely used in the installation or repair of firebrick and masonry in bread and pizza bake ovens, boilers, fireplaces, flues, furnaces, incinerators, kilns and wood stoves. You will need approximately 50 lbs. of product to lay up 100 firebrick.

Domestic Fireplace Mortar is ready to use on arrival - simply mix thoroughly and apply. This product is not recommended for exterior applications or in high-moisture areas. Call for special pricing on multiple pail orders. (716) 442-3004.
