These bricks have an applied matte glaze and come in six standard colors. Gold: brown and buff work together to give this brick an overall consistent, earthy gold color. Black: These bricks have an applied matte black glaze, which produces a consistent solid finish. Dark Red: A popular choice if a deeper red is desired. Slate Grey: Much like the black, the matte glaze is a lighter shade than black to give custom designer options. Grey Limestone: To meet the demands of more options in the grey palette, the popular pot glaze is also available. Also offered in Silver Grey. Split sizes and other colors are also available - please call if you need more more information.
This firebrick is suitable for applications with max operating temperature: 2,000˚ F. Modulus of Rupture: 600 psi. Note: Only install using ASTM C199 approved Refractory Mortars such as Heat Stop. Typical applications include chimneys, fireplaces, and wood-fired ovens. This full-size brick measures 9" x 4.5" x 2.5".
